The BIFM is the ‘natural home’ of facilities management in the UK. Founded in 1993, the Institute provides information, education, training and networking services for over 12,000 members – both individual professionals and organisations. As a corporate member of BIFM, CLM Compliance enjoys improved visibility within the sector and utilises the tools available to identify opportunities with new and existing clients.

Having dedicated over 5 years to aligning our business activities to that of our major FM clients, we are able to provide incredible support and resource to them and their end-user clients. CLM Compliance has long since acknowledged the importance of FM within the UK building infrastructure and also the role it has to play in the progression of our Countries key sectors. The role of the FM has changed considerably over the last decade and is no longer simply about maintaining, it is about compliance, safety, management of people and diversity.

By becoming a corporate member of BIFM, we have demonstrated our commitment to the sector. We us the Institute as a tool to network, gather information and offer our services to FM’s and their businesses. The BIFM provides the worlds FM’s with a tool to help them manage their clients and their own businesses by drawing upon a wealth of industry knowledge, advice and guidance.
