CLM has been an established brand in Northern Ireland since 1989 operating initially from a base in Belfast, but recently re-located to Larne. Our office here is very much an operational part of the business employing over 45 people and serving 500 important and diverse customers across Londonderry, Antrim, Tyrone, Fermanagh, Armagh and Down. This key office also provides a base from which to serve our loyal customers in Southern Ireland and is a touch point to the business for customers in Mayo, Galway, Wicklow and Cavan down to Limerick, Tipperary, Kerry and Cork.

The inspection services we can provide from our Larne office include Portable Appliance Testing, Periodic Electrical Test and Inspection, Thermal Imaging, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting inspections. We are also able to provide a fully comprehensive design and installation service for electrical systems and can even offer reactive call-out cover to your property 24/7.

The most recent development in Larne is the introduction of our gas and heating compliance services. We are now able to help our customers in Northern and Southern Ireland meet their obligations in inspecting and maintaining oil, gas and LPG boilers and appliances. Our expertise covers all applications from domestic housing to commercial and industrial applications. Our experienced team of fully qualified heating engineers can carry our routine services, inspections and landlords gas safety checks as well as designing and installing new systems. As with our electrical services, we can also provide a fully comprehensive maintenance package incorporating 24/7 breakdown cover.
